Program Coordinator - Secondary Educational Programs

The Program Coordinator position is an opportunity for a smart, driven and humble professional to become an integral part of MEI’s operations team. S/he will play an important role in the management of all of MEI’s secondary programs. A major focus of this position is the US Diploma Plus One Program, which provides a pathway for international students to earn a High School Diploma in one year and prepare for undergraduate admission in the United States. They will also have a hand in several other exciting secondary initiatives including: International Immersion Programs, Summer Camps and Teacher Training Seminars.

The Program Coordinator will work side-by-side with MEI’s Director of Operations. S/he should be enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and be able to prioritize and adapt to change.

The ideal individual learns fast, is confident and possesses excellent presentation, written and communication skills. Responsibilities will include a mix of operational and strategic tasks that include data analysis, market research, operational assessments and logistics. Activities will range from administrative to research to program planning and execution.
